Prozesswasseraufbereitung in ambulanten Zentren

The Testomat LAB TH and the Testomat LAB TH-R (Remote) are fully automatic online analyzers for the precise determination of residual total hardness in water using automated titration. The device provides continuous, reliable measurement results in the range of 0.05–25 °dH. The instruments were developed for use in multiparameter systems and for connection to higher-level control systems. Fully automatic residual hardness measurement for laboratory and process water using Testomat LAB High-precision titrimetric hardness determination with data logging The Testomat LAB TH combines high measurement accuracy with easy integration into existing measurement and automation concepts. Automatic titration using a piston dosing pump enables continuous, low-maintenance acquisition of water hardness values. All measurement data are logged in a structured format on an integrated SD card or optionally on an SDHC card. The standard interfaces 4–20 mA and RS232 allow direct data transfer to higher-level control and process control systems. Application areas of the Testomat LAB TH and LAB TH-R (Remote) Flexible use in laboratory, process, and drinking water monitoring Water treatment plants Drinking water systems Industrial boilers Process water monitoring Technical highlights and performance features of the Testomat LAB TH The Testomat LAB TH features optical water detection during filling of the measuring chamber, automatic venting of the indicator line, and an integrated self-test for continuous system monitoring. Benefits of hardness measurement within the LAB multiparameter system Thanks to the integration capabilities of the Testomat LAB in a manufacturer-independent multiparameter system, precise and continuous online monitoring of water hardness is possible within a central measurement platform. Automatic titrimetric measurement delivers reliable and reproducible results and can be easily integrated into existing process and control systems via standardized interfaces. This increases process reliability and reduces maintenance and personnel costs. Frequently asked questions How long is the warranty period? The warranty period is 2 years from delivery. Where can I view or download the operating instructions? The operating instructions can be viewed or downloaded in the online shop, either directly with the item or in a separate download area. Can I extend the warranty on my Testomat device? It is possible to extend the warranty on a newly purchased Testomat device. The same applies to devices for which the initial warranty has not yet expired. The warranty period can be extended by one year. You can extend the device warranty directly via your online shop customer account. How high are the follow-up costs for chemicals? Chemical consumption depends on the number of analyses. Consumption can be determined using our indicator consumption calculator in the online shop. How often does the device need to be serviced? The manufacturer recommends servicing the device once or twice a year (i.e. every 6-12 months). Can the device be serviced by a service partner? Yes, maintenance can be carried out by an authorised Heyl Neomeris service partner. Please feel free to contact us if required via vertrieb@heylneomeris.de , so that we can find the right technician for your area. Can the device be sent in for repair (cost estimate)? Yes, the defective device can be sent to our address. When returning the device, please include a description of the fault and remove the indicator from the device before sending it back. Once we have received the defective device, you will first receive a cost estimate for the expected repair costs. The repair will only be carried out by us after you have given your prior approval. Frequently asked questions What is the difference between the Testomat® LAB TH and TH-R? The TH is standalone, the TH-R is designed for central controls. What is the remote version particularly well suited for? For systems with central monitoring and control. Can I integrate the device into an existing system? Yes, it is designed exactly for that. How are the measurement values provided? They are automatically recorded and transmitted. Is the device also suitable for larger systems? Yes, it particularly excels in complex systems. Do I have to constantly monitor the device? No, it works reliably in the background. How does the device help me in daily operation? It ensures stable values and reduces manual effort.
