JUMO flowTRANS US W01 Ultrasonic Flow Meter DN 20 (3/4")
In pipelines with medium nominal diameters, this flow meter enables reliable measurement of liquid flows under changing operating conditions. The ultrasonic technology operates without contact and delivers stable measurement values without being influenced by parameters such as pressure, temperature, or conductivity.
The volumetric flow rate is determined by evaluating signal transit times measured along and against the direction of flow. The difference between these transit times is used to calculate the flow velocity and convert it into a flow value. This makes the system suitable for both steady and dynamic flow conditions.
By eliminating mechanical components, the measuring point remains wear-free and requires minimal maintenance. For optimal results, the medium should have a homogeneous composition with only minimal gas or solid content.
